Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 21 July 2026

1. About these terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Time 2 Display Group website (the "Site") and, together with any order confirmation or quotation, the supply of goods and services by Time 2 Display Group and its family of brands ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Site by any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or any server, system or database connected to it.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, text, graphics, images, designs and software — is owned by or licensed to Time 2 Display Group and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, republish or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

4. Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT and delivery unless expressly stated. A contract is formed when we issue an order confirmation.

5. Artwork & proofing

You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork you supply is accurate, print-ready and free from third-party rights that would prevent us from reproducing it. We are not liable for errors in customer-approved proofs. Where we produce artwork on your behalf, the design remains our property until paid for in full.

6. Payment

Unless credit terms have been agreed in writing, payment is required in full before production or dispatch. Where credit terms apply, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title in the goods remains with us until payment has been received in full.

8. Cancellations & returns

Because most of our products are bespoke or personalised, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or supplied in error. Any issues with an order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.

9. Liability

Our liability under any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, goodwill or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
